1) Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected online through armoloy.com and our web forms, downloads, and email interactions. It does not cover information collected in the course of providing services subject to separate agreements, nor workforce data. Job applicants should review our Applicant Privacy Notice.

- Sensitive personal information (SPI) includes certain categories such as precise geolocation, government IDs, etc.

We disclose below the categories of personal information we collect, purposes, retention, and whether activities may be considered a “sale,” “share,” or targeted advertising under California law. Additional detail appears throughout this Policy.

Sensitive Personal Information (SPI). We do not seek to collect SPI and ask that you do not include it in free‑text fields. If provided, we restrict use to the service requested and for security/compliance.
5) Sources of Personal Information
- Directly from you (forms, email, phone, events/trade shows)
- Automatically via cookies/pixels/server logs (see Cookies)
- Service providers/partners (hosting, security, analytics, marketing platforms) and publicly available sources
6) How We Use Personal Information
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve our website
- Respond to inquiries, send requested materials, and manage client relationships
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; debug and repair
- Measure site performance and—if enabled—measure and improve Armoloy advertising

9) Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law. Typical periods include:

10) How We Disclose Personal Information

- Affiliates and in connection with a corporate transaction (merger, acquisition, asset sale)
- Legal/regulatory recipients upon valid request, or to protect rights, safety, or enforce terms
We do not permit our vendors to use personal information for their own independent purposes beyond providing services to us.
11) Your Privacy Rights (U.S.)
Depending on your state, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal information; opt out of “sale,” “sharing,” targeted advertising, and certain profiling; and in some states, limit use/disclosure of sensitive personal information. We do not discriminate for exercising these rights.

Verification, authorized agents, and appeals
We may request information to verify your identity. If you use an authorized agent, we may require proof of authorization. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response or emailing info@armoloy.com with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Financial incentives
We do not offer programs that provide pricing or service differences in exchange for personal information. If we introduce such a program, we will provide required notices and obtain any required opt‑in consent.
12) State Privacy Rights Addendum
This consolidated Addendum is intended to address overlapping requirements in comprehensive privacy laws including those in CA, VA, CO, CT, UT, OR, TX, MT, DE, IA, NJ, TN, MD, MN, and others as they take effect. We apply the broadest reasonable protections across states for consistency.
California (CCPA/CPRA)
- Rights: know/access, correction, deletion, portability; opt‑out of sale/sharing/targeted advertising; limit use/disclosure of SPI.
- Notice at Collection: see Section 3.
- Signals: we honor recognized browser opt‑out preference signals (e.g., GPC) as required.
Colorado & Connecticut
We process recognized universal opt‑out mechanisms (including GPC) for targeted advertising and sales/sharing where applicable. Appeals are available if a request is denied.
Other states (e.g., VA, UT, OR, TX, MT, DE, IA, NJ, TN, MD, MN)
We provide the rights and disclosures required by these laws, including appeals where applicable and reasonable data minimization. Profiling disclosures apply only where we engage in profiling in furtherance of decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects (we do not currently do so).
Nevada (NRS 603A)
Residents may opt out of “sales” of covered information by emailing info@armoloy.com with the subject “Nevada Opt‑Out.”
California “Shine the Light”
California residents may request information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes by emailing info@armoloy.com with “Shine the Light” in the subject line.
13) International & GDPR/UK GDPR Addendum
If you are in the EEA/UK, Armoloy acts as controller for website inquiries.

EU/UK representative
If Article 27 requires it, we will appoint a local representative and update this Policy with their contact details.
14) Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and logging. No system is 100% secure; we regularly review and improve controls to address evolving threats.
15) Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control
Legacy Do Not Track (DNT) signals are not standardized. Where required, we recognize and process browser‑based opt‑out preference signals (e.g., Global Privacy Control) for sale/sharing/targeted advertising.
16) Children’s Privacy
Our site is directed to business decision‑makers and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can delete it.
17) Email & Marketing Communications
We identify our sender and include an unsubscribe option in marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we will honor your request promptly.
18) Changes to this Policy
We will post updates with a new “Last Updated” date and, where required, provide additional notice for material changes.

Applicant Privacy Notice (Summary)
When you apply for a role, we collect resume/CV data, contact details, employment history, and references to evaluate your candidacy and comply with law. Sources include you and recruiters/referees. We disclose to HRIS and screening providers (if used). Typical retention: up to 3 years unless law requires longer. To exercise rights, email info@armoloy.com.
Accessibility
If you need this Policy in an alternative format or language, contact info@armoloy.com. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
Profiling & Automated Decision‑Making
We do not use solely automated decision‑making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. If that changes, we will update this Policy and provide required notices.
Records & Assessments
Where required, we maintain records of processing activities and conduct data protection/benefit‑risk assessments for high‑risk processing (e.g., targeted advertising) and make them available to regulators where legally required.
Non‑Discrimination
