Jon Paggett

Role in the Company:

As Director of Technology, Jon provides advanced technical consultation and pre-engineering support for customer proposals, including feasibility assessments, solution recommendations, and specification analysis. He serves as technical advisor to fulfillment centers across the franchise network, leads root-cause investigations, and conducts metallurgical and surface failure analysis for internal quality issues and external customer evaluations. Jon also designs experiments for R&D projects to advance the company’s offerings and improve quality.

He has a proven track record in developing innovative wear-resistant coatings and leading R&D initiatives.
