Role in the Company:

Nolan provides strategic direction for The Armoloy Corporation in the areas of laboratory operations, R&D, and testing. Additionally, Nolan manages Franchise Agreements, oversees chemical blending operations, provides troubleshooting support to the Armoloy Franchise network, and works to continually refine Armoloy process controls.

Professional Experience:

Over twenty years of manufacturing and management experience across an array of disciplines. Positions held include Quality Engineer, Project Manager, Quality Manager, Operations Manager, Division Manager, GM, and Chief Operations Officer. Nolan joined Armoloy of Illinois in 2014 as General Manager of Operations, overseeing all aspects of the business. Nolan currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for The Armoloy Corporation.

Professional Accomplishments:

Design, implementation, and management of several operations across the US in support of Caterpillar, Cummins, and other Fortune 500 manufacturing operations with oversight of 250+ personnel. Awarded “Top Shops” honors for three consecutive years as GM of Armoloy of Illinois. Purchase of The Armoloy Corporation, Armoloy of Illinois, Electrolizing Inc., and ME-92 Operations in June of 2017. Oversaw an extensive, months long project to support needed changes to AMS 2438 Taber Test controls. Nadcap accreditation of the Armoloy Corporate Laboratory.
